The Subclass 888 allows Subclass 188 visa holders to apply for permanent residency and to continue their business activities in Australia.
You must have a realistic commitment to continuing your business and investment activities in Australia and not have been involved in any activities that are unacceptable in Australia.

This visa allows you to establish a new or develop an existing business in Australia. It is a permanent visa.
