Our principal Immigration Consultant, Jessi Galbraith is a Migration Agent with current registration from the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA), which requires registered migration agents to demonstrate good character and competency in the provision of Australian immigration advice. We adhere strictly to the MARA Code of Conduct, which you can access here. She is also an active member of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA).
Jessi’s passion lies in obtaining the best visa and immigration outcomes for her clients. She undertakes this responsibility with great care and diligence, and prides herself on her professionalism.
Jessi comes from a legal background, having graduated from a Bachelor of Laws in 2008. Proper representation in immigration matters involves far more than merely completing and lodging forms; it involves the interpretation and application of complex legislation and policy. In addition, it requires staying abreast of the outcomes of case law from the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and the Federal Circuit Court which can significantly impact the way Australian immigration law is interpreted and applied. If you follow the Australian media, you will know that immigration law in Australia is constantly changing. Jessi ensures that she is at all times keeping on top of any legal changes and industry trends.
In her previous legal work, Jessi acquired many years of court room and advocacy experience. She is also skilled in undertaking advanced legal research, in drafting and preparing complex legal submissions and in identifying any evidentiary issues that may exist with a particular application.

We offer a flat rate for most visa applications, but the price is determined on the complexity of your specific circumstances.

Jessi Galbraith
Jessi graduated from a Bachelor of Law at the Queensland University of Technology in 2008 before going on to complete a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice through the College of Law.
Jessi is passionate about her work. Her entire professional career has been as a champion and advocate for the rights of her clients.
During her early career in 2007 she obtained employment as a Migration Assistant and also volunteered for a community-based refugee and immigration legal service. This is where her interest in this very complex and interesting area of law began! After being admitted as a Solicitor in 2009, she went on to work in various other areas of law including criminal and family law where she obtained invaluable experience in advocacy and extensive court work.
She now practices solely as an Immigration Consultant and Migration Agent, and dedicates all of her efforts to becoming an expert in this complex area. She also currently volunteers her time at the Refugee and Immigration Legal Service (RAILS).
Over the years, Jessi has travelled extensively overseas. She has spent time living in Ireland and Spain; she also spent 2 years backpacking on her own throughout Central and South America, and 6 months travelling (and living) in a van throughout Eastern Europe. Other trips include destinations such as the UK and Western Europe, India, Fiji, South East Asia, Namibia and Morocco. Jessi loves any chance to experience a new culture or explore a new country.
Jessi recognises how many opportunities Australia provides to migrants, and values being a part of a culturally diverse society. This has fuelled a genuine passion and strong incentive to help her clients in obtaining the best immigration outcomes possible.
